Prices are for 2 people on one bedroom apartments and four people on 2 bedroom and family apartments; a fee of $15 per extra person per night applies to the family apartment only. Minimum booking periods apply for holidays and long weekends. A deposit of 25% of total charges is required within 10 days of booking. Balance is payable on or before arrival. Payments are refundable only on 30 days notice and are subject to a booking and administration fee of 15% of total charges.
